Postgården comprise two self-contained building units totaling 10 018 m². Covering 4 521 m², the main building is leased in its entirety to DNB on a long lease running to 2030, while the low-rise building of 5 497 m² (including parking space of 1 237 m²) facing the courtyard is currently leased to several tenants, including Posten, Brave Sportssenter and JobLearn. Posten will vacate its premises by year-end 2022 and the vendor is currently in dialogue with a large grocery retailer to take over the space occupied by Posten and Brave Sportssenter from mid-2023. The process is expected settled before the transaction is completed.
